Description
Work with the eLearning Manager to support the Library and the central support services in the development of innovative, e-learning activities, resources, and support
Develop e-learning materials in support of projects that enhance the student experience
Maintain overall responsibility for the online element of the Library's skills programmes
Support colleagues in the effective use and understanding of learning technologies, practices, and pedagogy
Proactively participate in the involvement in projects, team meetings, and communicationsProfile
A successful eLearning Support Officer should have:
Proficiency in using various eLearning platforms and tools
Strong technical skills and an aptitude for problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
