eLearning Developer (Storyline Expert)

Possibl are currently supporting a leading provider of digital learning solutions, committed to delivering innovative and engaging learning experiences. They have a strong pipeline of work for Q1 and are looking to engage with experienced eLearning Developers who can support the delivery of their projects.

We are seeking talented eLearning Developer with expertise in Storyline and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) to support the development of bespoke eLearning modules. As an eLearning Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing interactive and engaging eLearning content.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand learning objectives and requirements.

2. Develop interactive eLearning modules, courses, simulations, and assessments using Articulate Storyline.

3. Utilise Adobe CC tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to create and edit multimedia elements including graphics, animations, videos, and audio.

4. Ensure eLearning content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible to diverse audiences, including those with disabilities.

5. Implement instructional design principles, best practices, and industry standards to create effective learning experiences.

6. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for eLearning projects throughout the development lifecycle.

7. Collaborate with the QA team to conduct testing and ensure the functionality and quality of eLearning content.

9. Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to meet deadlines and objectives.
