Location: Hampstead, North London, NW3
Rate: Up to £320 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Duration: Long-term contract with a view to becoming permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Construction Site Manager – Hospital Refurbishment Project
Anglian Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Site Manager to work on a long-term hospital refurbishment project in North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Candidates MUST have previous hospital construction and refurbishment experience, ideally within a live, operational NHS environment.
Key Responsibilities
*
Managing and coordinating subcontractors on site
*
Overseeing daily construction and refurbishment activities
*
Attending progress meetings and liaising directly with the client
*
Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme
*
Managing health & safety and site compliance
*
Coordinating works within a live hospital environment
*
Managing site documentation, reporting and quality standards
*
Working closely with the wider project team
Essential Requirements
*
Valid SMSTS certification
*
Previous hospital construction and refurbishment experience – ESSENTIAL
*
Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager
*
Strong knowledge of building and refurbishment works
*
Good understanding of NHS processes and procedures
*
Experience managing subcontractors within live hospital environments
*
Confident and professional in a client-facing role
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
