EHS Manager – Permanent Role – West London
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Package

Alpha Recruitment, is supporting a major MEP contractor in West London, who looking for an experienced EHS Manager to join on a permanent basis and lead from the front within a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.
This isn’t a clipboard role.
This role is for someone who:
* Has managed EHS teams across large-scale construction projects
* Understands how to balance operational delivery with uncompromising safety standards
* Can communicate confidently with directors, subcontractors, and clients alike
* Has experience within mission critical, M&E, infrastructure, pharma, rail, or industrial sectors
* Leads through presence, professionalism, and decision-making
You’ll take ownership of the project’s safety function, working closely with leadership teams to maintain standards, protect delivery, and drive a strong site culture.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
* Significant experience on major construction projects
* Strong leadership and incident management experience
* GradIOSH / CMIOSH preferred
* Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills
