Description:

Falcon Green is partnering with a leading construction contractor renowned for delivering complex, large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects across the UK. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to support health, safety, and environmental compliance across data centre projects based in London.

The successful candidate will manage EHS standards on site, conduct audits and risk assessments, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a strong safety culture and full regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

* Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and standards across London-based data centre projects

* Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken

* Promote and embed a positive safety culture across all project teams and subcontractors

* Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel

* Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and preventative measures

* Maintain accurate EHS documentation, records, and reports in line with regulatory and project requirements

* Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, and sustainability initiatives

* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure EHS expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

* Relevant EHS qualification (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent)

* Proven experience in an EHS role within construction or data centre projects

* Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and industry best practices

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders

* Proactive approach to risk management with strong attention to detail

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems

* Full driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required
