Responsibilities
Oversee all environmental, health and safety (EHS) activities within the turbine hall.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and site procedures.
Provide guidance and support to site teams on health and safety standards.
Report and manage incidents, implementing corrective actions where required.
Liaise with stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture across site operations.
Monitor performance metrics and deliver updates to management teams.
Ensure adherence to statutory and company safety requirements at all times.Must-have Requirements
Proven experience in health and safety roles on large infrastructure or construction projects.
Strong understanding of current EHS regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage teams and contractors.Nice-to-have Skills
Recognised EHS qualification such as NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
