A specialist SEN school in Maidenhead is seeking a caring and proactive EHCP Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to build experience before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching, or Therapy.
As an EHCP Assistant, you will:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support.
Supporting students with their individual EHCP targets.
Assisting with learning, communication, and emotional regulation.
Monitoring progress, engagement, and wellbeing.
Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals.
Building positive relationships with students.The Ideal EHCP Assistant:
