A Secondary SEN School in Bicester is seeking a dedicated and caring EHCP Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers.

As an EHCP Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support in line with students' individual EHCP targets and needs.
Support students with learning, communication, confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
Help students access the curriculum and overcome barriers to learning.
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure EHCP strategies and support are implemented consistently.
Monitor and record students' progress towards their individual targets.We're looking for an EHCP Teaching Assistant who is:

Pay: £93-£110 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
