Spencer Clarke Group are looking for Educational Psychologists who are looking to add to their capacity- we have case loads both inside and outside the IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting detailed statutory assessments of children and young people to identify their educational needs.
Preparing comprehensive psychological reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
Collaborating with schools, parents, and other professionals to gather relevant information and ensure holistic assessments.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and recommendations.
Providing expert advice and guidance to educational staff and parents on supporting children's educational development.
Staying current with best practices and developments in the field of educational psychology.Requirements:
A degree in Psychology and a recognised qualification in Educational Psychology (e.g., Doctorate or Master's).
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
Proven experience in conducting educational psychology assessments.
Strong report writing skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
