Working in close collaboration with our experienced and compassionate teaching staff, your key responsibilities will encompass:
Implementing personalised education plans.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
Cultivating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic educational approach.Key requirements for this role include:
Genuine passion for working with students with special needs.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of each student.
Experience in supporting pupils with additional needs.
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
