We are currently seeking to expand our highly successful recruitment team.
Link Education are Education Recruitment Specialists providing staffing solutions to Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across London, Kent and the South East.
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will deliver a consultative recruitment service, supplying schools with high-quality professionals for short-term, long-term and permanent positions.
???? The Role
* Developing business with new and existing schools through telephone sales, networking and client visits
* Building long-term relationships with schools, academies and Multi Academy Trusts
* Resourcing, interviewing and registering education professionals
* Negotiating offers between clients and candidates
* Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
* Managing your own recruitment desk from enquiry through to placement
???? About You
You'll thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy building lasting relationships.
We're looking for someone who has:
* Recruitment or sales experience
* A consultative approach to business development
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confidence speaking with decision makers
* Excellent organisation and IT skills
