Academics is looking for an ambitious and motivated Education Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in Chelmsford. As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will connect talented education professionals with schools looking for the right people. You'll build relationships with schools and candidates, identify new opportunities and manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement.
The Role
Working from our Chelmsford office, your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals.
Developing new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships.
Sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates.
Matching candidates to suitable education vacancies.
Working towards individual and team targets.
Keeping up to date with the education recruitment market.
