Your Role:

Diverse Teaching: Plan and deliver lessons across various subjects, catering to the individual needs of SEND pupils.

What We Expect:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS): A recognised teaching qualification.
Experience with SEND: Previous experience working with SEND pupils is essential.
Organisational Skills: Ability to plan and execute lessons efficiently.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Additional Responsibilities:

Supervise students during lunch and break times.
Collect evidence of pupil progress to support assessments.
Ensure safeguarding protocols are upheld to protect vulnerable pupils.
