Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

GSL Education is excited to offer an opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Moston, M40. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher ready to begin their career in a nurturing educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum, tailored to the needs of your class.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters student engagement and learning.
Utilize assessment data to inform and adjust teaching strategies, ensuring all students achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching practices and school-wide initiatives.
Engage with parents and carers to support student development and well-being.
Participate in professional development activities and school events to support your growth as an educator.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Recent completion of initial teacher training (NQT/ECT).
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
