Are you a passionate and innovative ECT Art Teacher eager to inspire and cultivate the next generation of artists? A vibrant mixed secondary school in Barking and Dagenham is seeking a dedicated ECT Art Teacher to join our team starting in September 2024. Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons to students of all abilities.
Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to foster artistic skills and appreciation.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages artistic expression.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Art curriculum and share best practices.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A passion for teaching Art and a commitment to student success.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Newly qualified or experienced ECT Art Teachers are welcome to apply.
