Job Description:

We work with many schools across the whole of Lancashire and have some positions open in a range of different schools that are welcoming ECTs in with open arms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Assess, track, and report on student progress and attainment.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that promotes student well-being and learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching and learning.
Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice to enhance teaching skills.
Engage with parents, carers, and the wider school community to support student achievement and well-being.
Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) with recent completion of teacher training.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.
Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable approach to teaching and teamwork.
