Title: Ecommerce & SEO Manager

Location: London – 1x per month

Industry: Ecommerce – not for profit

Salary: Up to £60,000 p/a

Brief Overview:

The E-Commerce & SEO Manager oversees the development and execution of comprehensive E-Commerce strategies and SEO initiatives in our clients marketing team. This role involves managing a team of SEO, eCommerce, and Web Analysis professionals to drive sales, optimise website performance, and enhance search engine visibility.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, optimising website content and functionality, analysing performance metrics, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The post holder possesses strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with expertise in E-Commerce management, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Requirements:

* Develop and execute holistic E-Commerce strategies: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive E-Commerce strategies aimed at driving sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

* Provide leadership and guidance: Manage and mentor a team of SEO, eCommerce, and Web Analysis Executives, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.

* Optimise website performance: Oversee the optimisation of commercial website content, structure, and functionality to enhance user experience, increase organic search visibility, and improve conversion rates.

* Keyword research and SEO analysis: Oversee in-depth keyword research, analyse website traffic trends, and identify opportunities to improve search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.

* Collaborate across teams: Foster collaboration and alignment between the eCommerce, Performance Marketing, and CRM teams, ensuring cohesive strategies and initiatives that support overall marketing objectives.

* Performance monitoring and reporting: Utilise analytics tools to monitor and analyse website performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

* Continuous improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in E-Commerce and SEO, and lead the implementation of strategies for continuous improvement and optimisation.

* Testing and experimentation: Lead the development and execution of A/B tests to optimise website elements, including landing pages, CTAs, and messaging, and leverage data-driven insights to drive conversion rate optimisation
