eCommerce Manager | £35,000 - £42,000 | Financial Services | Derby | Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Gleeson Recruitment are partnering with a leading mortgage intermediary, to recruit an eCommerce Manager. Our client has recently revamped their website and digital tools and are looking for a commercially focused eCommerce Manager to drive digital performance.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will own the website and collaborate with CRO, content, and data specialists to advance the digital strategy. Your main responsibility will be enhancing digital performance to drive leads. You'll work with tools like GA4, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop lead generation journeys on our website.
Maintain and improve the website with our development agency.
Support channel managers with traffic and conversion insights.
Lead new developments and tools to boost lead generation.Requirements
Proven experience driving performance in a digital environment.
Experience managing a CMS.
Commercial approach, prioritizing high-return tasks.
Strong understanding of user experience.
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
