We are cuurently recruiting for a part time Ecommerce Customer Service representative
Provide informed and confident assistance to customers across various channels including online chat, email, social media, and phone.
Demonstrate initiative and adept problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Execute customer requests across diverse e-commerce platforms with precision and efficiency.
Coordinate with our warehouse team to monitor shipments, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and addressing any adjustments as needed.

Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in order management software and familiarity with various e-commerce platforms(e.g. eBay, Amazon, Shopify)
Working Days:
Part-time (Daily mornings, 15-20hrs/week) there is potential for increased hours
