EC&I Inspector

Job title: EC&I Inspector
Job Type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 6 months
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits:
Location: Aldermaston
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 11 shifts on 3 off

Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Nuclear site work experience
- CSCS card
- Experience drafting construction installation and test & commissioning check sheets
- Knowledge of all relevant regulations/legislations
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Knowledge of configuration management practices
Ideally applicants should also have:
- HNC or equivalent
- Auditor training

Role information:

- Develop and implement site quality arrangements
- Support and advise on all quality related aspects on site
- Develop working relationships with internal and external customers
- Develop auditing arrangements for site activities
- Ensure supplier quality arrangements are reviewed and approved in line with requirements
- Undertake quality planning
- Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure quality requirements are understood
- Participate in project meetings and contract reviews/handovers
