OUR CLIENT
Is a leading Cumbrian based support services company in the Workington area with a long history of providing a high quality service into highly regulated industries such as Nuclear.
THE ROLE
You will be completely responsible for:
Developing and reviewing technical specifications – e.g. wiring and block diagrams, control system architecture, Instrument specs, functional design specifications, data sheets etc.
Developing control philosophies and Integrating feedback instrumentation.
Specifying equipment suitable for harsh nuclear environments.
Electrical design, design of control panels, safety-related instrumentation, and electrical systems for nuclear facilities.
Production of detailed design packages, including - CAD drawings, calculations, supporting design documents.
THE PERSON
You will be:
An Electrical Design Engineer from a highly regulated industry such as Nuclear, Chemicals, Energy etc.
Proficient in the use of Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical or similar package.
Qualified to HNC, HND or degree level in Electrical Engineering or similar.
Proficient in commercial Electrical Design to a high level.
THE SALARY
£50,000 - £65,000 (negotiable) + benefits
