Earthworks Foreman – Bulk Earthworks Experience Required

A leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Earthworks Foreman to join a major project team in the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong background in bulk earthmoving operations, capable of managing site activities, coordinating plant and labour resources, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Earthworks Foreman on large-scale civil engineering projects

* Strong knowledge of bulk earthmoving operations

* Ability to supervise site teams and subcontractors

* Experience managing plant, haul roads, cut and fill operations, and associated earthworks activities

* Strong focus on health, safety, quality, and productivity

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

Location: Hertfordshire area
Start: Immediate / ASAP
