Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or Level 3)
Stockport | Full-Time | September 2026 Start

Do you have a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification and a passion for helping children flourish?

Aspire People is recruiting enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistants to join welcoming Primary Schools across Stockport from September.

The Role

Working within Nursery or Reception, you'll support children's learning through play, encourage their social and emotional development and help create a positive, stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.

We are looking for candidates who have:
*A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent).
*Experience supporting children within an EYFS setting through employment or placements.
*A good understanding of the EYFS Framework.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A caring, engaging and proactive approach.

Your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting learning through play.
*Delivering engaging activities alongside the class teacher.
*Encouraging communication, language and early literacy.
*Promoting children's confidence and independence.
*Building positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
*Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
