Long-term, full-time role
ASAP start
8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £99-£115 per day
Level 3 EYFS qualification required
Previous EYFS experience essential
Paediatric First Aid qualification preferable

Early Years Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support children’s learning through engaging, play-based activities.
Assist with delivering the EYFS curriculum.
Support children’s communication, language and social development.
Encourage confidence, independence and curiosity.
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
Build strong relationships with children and staff.
Assist with daily routines and classroom activities.
Monitor children’s progress and support their individual needs.

Early Years Teaching Assistant - About You

The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will have:

Previous EYFS experience — essential.
A Level 3 EYFS qualification — essential.
A caring, patient and nurturing approach.
Good understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS framework.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Creative and enthusiastic approach to play-based learning.
Ability to build positive relationships with young children.
Paediatric First Aid qualification — desirable.
A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and develop
