£160 – £260 per day (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Are you a passionate Early Years Teacher ready to make a lasting difference at the very start of a child’s educational journey?

Supply Desk are working with welcoming and nurturing early years settings across Worthing, seeking dedicated EYFS Teachers for full-time, long-term roles with the opportunity to go permanent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Supporting children’s social, emotional, and educational development
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and staff teams
Tracking and supporting pupil progress where required

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience within EYFS or Nursery settings
A nurturing, creative, and adaptable approach
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A genuine passion for early childhood development
