Early Years Teacher - Chatham
Full-Time - MPS-UPS - September 2026 start - Temp-to-perm
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for an Early Years Teacher for a full-time role in September in the Chatham area. This role is on a temp-to-perm basis and would be a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who wants to work in a values led school that puts the children's needs at the forefront of everything they do.

The Role
Planning and delivering the Early years Curriculum.
Responsibility for ensuring your cohort is supported and challenged appropriately with the work set.
Managing behaviour within the classroom effectively
Liaising with Parents/Guardians on the progress and/or potential development areas of studentsRequirements
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
Experience as an Early Years Teacher would be highly desirable but not essential.
If noy EYFS experience, experience within KS1 and with an interest in Early Years.
Hold an enhanced DBS (DBS on the update service is highly desirable)
Have right to work in the UK
Must have right to work in the UK
