Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Salary: £83 - £110 per day
Are you passionate about working with young children and eager to contribute to their early development? GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
About the Role:
Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities for early years students.
Support the teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Help with the personal care of young children, including feeding and toileting.
Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
Promote social and emotional development through positive interactions.
Requirements:
Experience working with early years children.
Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education (Level 2 or Level 3).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing and patient approach.
A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
