Key Responsibilities
You'll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive by:
Planning fun, play-based activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Supporting personal care and encouraging independence
Tracking children's progress through observations and learning records
Following safeguarding and health and safety procedures
Building positive relationships with parents and colleagues
What we're looking for
You'll need:
A full and relevant Level 3 EYFS qualification
Experience working with children aged 2-5 in an early years setting
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
