Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for an exciting new opportunity in Market Bosworth?
Simply Education is working one of our partnership nurseries in Market Bosworth, who are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join their newly established nursery provision.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a brand-new nursery team and play an important role in creating a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment for children from 6 months upwards.
The nursery aims to provide a genuine 'home-from-home' environment, where children feel safe, valued and confident to explore, learn and develop.
The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be an important part of the nursery team, supporting children through their early years development and helping to provide consistently high standards of care and education.
You will help create an engaging environment where children can learn through play, build positive relationships and develop their confidence and independence.
The successful candidate will:
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 6 months+
Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment
Build strong and positive relationships with children and their families
Plan and support engaging activities and learning opportunities
Observe and contribute to children's developmental progress
Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a dedicated Early Years team
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures
Contribute to maintaining the high standards expected within the setting
About You
The nursery is looking for an empathetic, enthusiastic and committed Early Years professional who genuinely enjoys working with young children.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years - desirable
A good understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A warm, nurturing and child-centred approach
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A willingness to continue developing your professional skills
A strong understanding of safeguarding and children's welfare
You may be an experienced Nursery Practitioner or an Early Years professional looking for an exciting new environment in which to develop your career.
About the Nursery
The newly created nursery provision is designed to provide high-quality care and education for children from 6 months upwards, operating 51 weeks of the year with a closure over Christmas.
This is a particularly exciting opportunity for someone who would enjoy joining a new team and helping to establish the nursery as it opens its doors to its youngest children.

The Details
Role: Nursery Practitioner
Location: Market Bosworth, Leicestershire
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Part-Time: Part-time applicants will also be considered
Working Pattern: All year round, 51 weeks per year
Nursery Hours: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Salary: £27,040 - £28,080 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
Start Date: Immediate or flexible depending on notice period
Essential Requirements
Relevant Early Years/Nursery experience
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification desirable
Good understanding of the EYFS
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
A strong commitment to safeguarding and children's wellbeing
