We are looking for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming team in Maidenhead.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Provide high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 0–5.

Plan and support fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.

Encourage children's curiosity, confidence, independence and creativity.

Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Carry out observations and contribute to children's learning journeys and development.

Support children's communication, language, physical, social and emotional development.

Promote positive behaviour through a calm, consistent and nurturing approach.

Ensure the learning environment is safe, stimulating and welcoming.

Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures.

Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated early years team.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

An Early Years qualification at Level 2 or Level 3 is desirable, although candidates with relevant experience and a strong passion for working in early years are encouraged to apply.
