Early Years Practitioner - Coalville
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Working days: Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £105 per day
Aspire People have partnered with a nursery in Coalville to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Level 3 practitioner who is passionate about early years education and supporting children's learning and development. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where children can develop their confidence, independence and social skills.
Working closely with other members of the nursery team, you will support the delivery of engaging activities, encourage learning through play and help ensure each child receives the care and attention they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Work collaboratively with nursery staff to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Help create a stimulating learning environment, including indoor and outdoor play areas.
Observe children's progress and support their individual learning needs.
Promote positive behaviour, independence and social development.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Maintain a safe, clean and nurturing environment in line with safeguarding requirements.
Contribute to the overall wellbeing and day-to-day care of the children.
The successful candidate will:
Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years or childcare qualification that is full and relevant.
Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
Have experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
Be caring, patient and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
Have strong communication skills and work well as part of a team.
Understand the importance of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
Working Hours
Full-time position, working five days a week, Monday to Friday.
Based in one nursery in Coalville.
Daily pay rate of £105.
