About the Role:
GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly team at a nursery within a primary school setting in Newcastle. This role is pivotal in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for early years children.
Responsibilities:
Engage children in activities that promote their learning and development.
Support the planning and delivery of creative and educational activities.
Monitor and record the progress of children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all children.
Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate activities.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience working in an early year setting.
Hold a relevant qualification in early years education (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Be passionate about working with young children and fostering their development.
Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.
