Job Description:

A North Leeds Primary School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team starting in September. This role is essential in providing quality care and education to young children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their development.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Key Worker for a group of children, fostering positive relationships with both the children and their families.
Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), implementing tailored strategies to aid their development and inclusion.
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that stimulate the children's learning and development.
Monitor and assess the progress of each child, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:

Previous experience in an Early Years setting is essential.
A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate and patient approach, especially when working with children with SEN.
Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or equivalent.Benefits:
