Early Years Practitioner with CACHE Level 3

Required to start in September 2026

Barnet Area - Interviewing Now

Hours: 8:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a qualified (CACHE Level 3)and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a school adjacent nursery in Barnet. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

Key Requirements for this early years practitioner role:

Applicants must hold a CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
We are only considering candidates with proven qualifications and experience in nursery settings.

About this Early Years Practitioner Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where children can thrive

Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

Observing, assessing, and recording each child's development and progress

Acting as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families

Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education

Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures are upheld at all times

What We're Looking For in an Early Years Practitioner:

CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years/Childcare qualification - essential

Proven nursery or early years experience

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development

Passion for supporting learning through play-based activities

Positive, proactive, and flexible team player

Excellent communication and organisational skills
