Pay: £475–£557 per week (depending on experience)

GSL Education Newcastle branch are looking to appoint Early Years Practitioner (EYP) for welcoming school in Durham. We would like to hear from a caring and motivated professional who are passionate about supporting children's early development through engaging, play-based learning experiences.
The EYP will have a rewarding opportunity to help children build confidence, develop essential life skills, and achieve important early learning milestones.
Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of engaging activities that encourage learning through play
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
Promote children's social, emotional, and physical development through daily interactions
Observe progress and contribute to learning records and developmental assessments
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual needs
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and early years practice
Early Years Practitioner Requirements:
Previous experience working within an Early Years setting is desirable
Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Ability to build warm and positive relationships with young children
Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to supporting early development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
