Looking for a Nursery Where You Can Truly Make a Difference?

Revive EYFS Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a long-established, highly regarded nursery in Birkenhead to recruit a passionate Nursery Practitioner.

For over 30 years, this nursery has been giving children an exceptional start in life by creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where confidence, curiosity and a love of learning flourish. Their philosophy is simple: children thrive when they feel secure, valued and encouraged to explore the world around them.

If you're looking for a nursery that invests as much in its team as it does in its children, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

More Than Just Another Nursery

This is a setting where every child is treated as an individual and every member of staff plays an important part in their journey.

You'll join a knowledgeable, experienced and genuinely supportive team that believes collaboration, kindness and continuous learning create the very best outcomes for children.

Whether you're looking to build your confidence, broaden your experience or progress your career, you'll be encouraged every step of the way through tailored training and professional development.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll help create exciting learning experiences that encourage children to explore, investigate and develop through play.

You'll build strong relationships with children and families, support children's emotional wellbeing and development, and work alongside colleagues who share your passion for delivering exceptional early years education.

Every day offers the chance to make a genuine difference in a child's life while developing your own skills within a supportive and welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is warm, enthusiastic and passionate about Early Years.

You'll enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, be committed to delivering outstanding care and education, and want to continue growing as an Early Years professional.

If you believe every child deserves the very best start in life, you'll fit right in.

What's On Offer

* £14.00 per hour

* Full-time permanent position

* Rotating shifts of 7:30am–5:00pm and 8:00am–5:30pm

* Four weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays

* Individual CPD and personalised training plans

* Excellent opportunities for career progression

* Support towards further Early Years qualifications

* Friendly, experienced and supportive leadership team

* Long-established nursery with an excellent local reputation

Why Join This Nursery?

This isn't simply another childcare role—it's an opportunity to become part of a nursery that has been trusted by local families for decades and continues to invest in both its children and its people. If you're looking for somewhere you can build a long-term career while making a meaningful impact every single day, we'd love to hear from you.
