Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Hounslow, TW3
Salary: £13.20 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (rota between 8:00am–6:00pm; flexibility required)
Contract: Permanent
Revive Education are recruiting for a confident, positive Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a small, supportive nursery team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a “can do” attitude, where enthusiasm and professionalism matter more than years of experience.
About the Setting
The nursery has a roll of approximately 58 children across a single setting with 8 staff members. The team culture is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on high-quality care. While there are currently no Room Leaders, the nursery may consider introducing leadership roles in the future. Staff have access to on-site parking and a flexible rota provided one month in advance.
The nursery encourages staff development and is happy to support progression courses, including Level 5 and other qualifications, according to individual interests and career goals.
The Role
You will work across the nursery, supporting children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS. This involves facilitating engaging activities, delivering high-quality care, and maintaining safeguarding, health, and safety standards. Flexibility is essential to cover rota hours and any additional shifts as required.
