Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and welcoming nursery setting in Hounslow. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting young children's development and creating a positive environment where children can learn through play and exploration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
Plan and support engaging activities that promote learning and development.
Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with the EYFS.
Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues.
Encourage learning through play, exploration and everyday experiences.
Maintain a clean, safe and engaging environment.
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive early years team. Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent.
Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
Good understanding of the EYFS and child development.
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues.
