About the Role:
GSL Education is currently seeking a dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team in Newcastle. This role involves nurturing and educating young children in their early stages of development, laying the foundation for their future learning journey.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support children's early learning and development.
Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity and exploration.
Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's holistic development.
Ensure adherence to EYFS framework and educational standards.
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification.
Have experience working with early years children, preferably within an EYFS setting.
Demonstrate a passion for early childhood education and fostering children's growth.
Possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
