Are you a passionate Early Years Educator looking for your next opportunity in Camden?
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools and nursery settings across the London Borough of Camden who are seeking enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Educators to join their Early Years teams from September 2026.

The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality interactions.
Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Observe, assess and record children's progress to support individual development.
Encourage children's confidence, independence and communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or recognised equivalent).
Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool or primary school Early Years setting.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
A nurturing, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
