Early Years Educator - Level 3 Qualified

A friendly, inclusive and well-established primary school in Lambeth is looking to appoint a passionate Early Years Educator to join its EYFS team from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Educator who enjoys creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where young children can develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive Early Years team, helping to deliver high-quality learning through play, structured activities and meaningful interactions.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

Support children within Nursery or Reception throughout the school day
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Encourage communication, language development and positive social interaction
Support early phonics, literacy and mathematical development
Help maintain stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments
Observe children's progress and contribute to assessment and learning records
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

What We're Looking For

The successful Early Years Educator must:

Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification
Have experience working with young children in an EYFS, nursery or primary school setting
Have a secure understanding of the EYFS framework
Be enthusiastic, nurturing and able to build strong relationships with children
Be confident using initiative while working effectively as part of a team
Have a genuine passion for supporting children's early development
