TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established private day nursery in Leeds, rated Good by Ofsted. The nursery provides a warm, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity and independence through engaging, age-appropriate activities.

The nursery is looking to appoint an Early Years Assistant on a temporary long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Early Years Assistant will support children aged 6 months to 4 years, working alongside the nursery team to deliver high-quality care, promote learning through the EYFS framework and ensure the wellbeing of every child.

The successful Early Years Assistant will have:

A minimum of 6 months experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive 'can-do' attitude and willingness to support across the nursery
