Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Early Careers Coordinator to lead and develop their apprentice and graduate programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and some HR exposure who is passionate about supporting and nurturing early talent.

The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, onboarding, developing, and retaining apprentices and graduates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their career journey.

This position offers significant progression opportunities within a growing organisation and can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate the company's apprenticeship and graduate programmes.

* Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices, graduates, managers, training providers, and educational institutions.

* Support the recruitment process for emerging talent opportunities, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, arranging interviews, and coordinating offers.

* Organise and deliver onboarding and induction programmes for apprentices and graduates.

* Monitor progress, performance, and wellbeing throughout development programmes.

* Coordinate training schedules, learning plans, and development activities.

* Maintain accurate records relating to qualifications, assessments, training, and programme completion.

* Support managers in providing mentorship and development opportunities to early careers employees.

* Gather feedback and continuously improve the apprentice and graduate experience.

* Assist with careers fairs, outreach activities, and employer branding initiatives.

* Provide general HR administration and support where required.

* Produce reports and updates on programme performance, retention, and progression
