Creating opportunities. Growing talent. Building future careers.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Early Careers Coordinator to help deliver and develop our early careers offer across apprenticeships, graduate programmes and work experience placements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting people at different stages of their career journey while helping bpha build a strong pipeline of future talent. You'll work closely with learners, graduates, managers, schools, colleges, universities and training providers to create engaging and inclusive programmes that provide meaningful development opportunities and positive experiences.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating apprenticeship, graduate and work experience programmes from attraction through to completion.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, inductions and ongoing programme activities.
Building strong relationships with managers, participants, training providers, schools, colleges and universities.
Attending careers events and promoting bpha's early careers opportunities to a diverse range of candidates. (Full driving license and use of a vehicle required)
Coordinating mentoring, development opportunities and support networks across all programmes.
Monitoring programme performance, maintaining accurate records and using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Enjoy organising multiple programmes and keeping a wide range of activities on track.
Build positive relationships with people from different backgrounds and levels of experience.
Are passionate about supporting individuals at the start of their careers.
Care about inclusion, social mobility and creating opportunities for everyone.
Have experience in recruitment, learning and development, programme coordination, education partnerships or a similar people-focused role.

Why join bpha?

At bpha, we're committed to creating opportunities, supporting development and helping people thrive. Our values of being ambitious, showing empathy, working better together and taking responsibility shape everything we do.

If you're passionate about supporting early talent and want to help shape the careers of future colleagues, we'd love to hear from you.

We review applications as they're received and reserve the right to close this vacancy early, so we'd encourage you to apply as soon as possible
