Job Title: Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Location: North Shields, Tyne and Wear
Salary: £150 to £200 per day
Start Date: ASAP
GSL Education are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our client primary schools in North Shields, Tyne and Wear. This role is ideal for newly qualified teachers looking to gain valuable experience and develop their teaching career.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and support.
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
Participate in professional development opportunities and school activities.
Requirements:
A relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Strong subject knowledge in your teaching area.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to student development.
An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
