Early Career Teacher

Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure your first teaching role?

Aspire People are working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit enthusiastic ECTs ready to begin their teaching career.

Whether you're looking for EYFS, KS1 or KS2, we'll help match you with a school where you can complete your ECT years while developing your confidence, teaching practice and career.

The Role

As an Early Career Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom where all pupils can succeed.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils of all abilities, including SEND and EAL learners.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Assess progress and use feedback to support pupil development.
Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors to continue your professional development.
We Are Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS this academic year.
Passion for primary education.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A positive, reflective attitude and willingness to learn.
Commitment to providing high-quality teaching for every child.
