Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE Systems Support Analyst

Actively representing an established professional services organisation, headquartered in Central London, as they look to recruit an experienced D365 CE/ CRM support analyst into their growing application team. The role will involve ensuring the smooth running of their business critical CRM environment - responsible for day to day support tasks and continuous improvement projects. The position will also include supporting the companies Power Platform processes - involving hands on configuration/ maintenance work with Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.

This role offers home based flexibility, with requirement for on-site time in London 2-3 days a month; project phase dependent.

Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or Dynamics CRM systems
Power Platform expertise, across Power Automate/ flow, Power BI & Power Apps
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand issues and troubleshoot effectively
Experience in functional requirement analysis/ process mapping; testing & training new enhancements
