Description:

Dynamics 365 Support Engineer / MS Dynamics 365 Application Engineer / Application Support Engineer required to join a global organisation.

The Dynamics 365 Support Engineer / MS Dynamics 365 Application Engineer / Application Support Engineer will be responsible for all technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This is a hybrid position where you are in the office 3 days per week.

Role:

Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (FP&O) solutions.
Serving as the go-to expert for all technical inquiries related to Dynamics 365, offering timely and effective solutions.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and development teams to implement changes efficiently and accurately, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
Providing comprehensive training and guidance to end users.
Supporting integration processes to uphold the highest standards, ensuring seamless functionality across systems.
Vigilantly monitoring the performance and security of all Dynamics 365 applications
Investigate, diagnose, and analyse reported issues and errors within the Dynamics 365 applications
Assist with configuration changes, customization requests, and system enhancements within Dynamics 365 CE and FP&O
Reporting to the IT Manager
Hybrid working, 3 days office based in Milton Keynes 

Dynamics 365 Support Engineer / MS Dynamics 365 Application Engineer / Application Support Engineer requirements:

Related qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
Previous experience in providing technical support and assistance for Microsoft Dynamics 365
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (FP&O) would be beneficial.
