This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join the Data & Workflow Platform Team at a global law to help enable the use of data and low code tools to build simple & intelligent technology solution for lawyers. 

Responsibilities: 

Translate business requirement into functional applications & features. 

Formulate working proof of concepts

Gain a strong understanding of the current data structure within the CRM solution and its relying systems

Quality assurance of all third-party proposals 

Configure & customise D365 modules such as sales or customer service 

Provide support and maintenance for D365 applications 

Experience Required: 

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or similar role within the legal or professional services industry.

Experience of working with CRM within the legal industry including understanding the importance of Pitch Management and Client Relationship Management.

Hands-on professional experience of working in a global enterprise across time zones with an appreciation of diverse cultural backgrounds.

Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into functional specifications.

Experience with system integration, data migration, and testing methodologies.

Extensive experience in designing, deploying and migrating to CRM solutions in a global organisation.

Experience of migrating legacy CRM data to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
