Are you an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM / D365CE Business Analyst looking for a new challenge? Are you looking for a role where you make an impact? Do you want something that can offer genuine progression? If so, this is the role for you!
This end user company are going through a large Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation, focusing on Field Service, Customer Service and Omnichannel, and requires a Senior BA to assist on the Asset Management transformation. You'll work closely with Programme and Project Managers in the development of their plans, understanding business requirements and shape the to-be process for Asset Management. Located remotely, with occasional visits to Basingstoke, this role offers flexibility and a chance to make a real impact.
As the Senior Business Analyst, you'll have extensive experience with Dynamics CRM / D365 CE, a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience leading/managing/mentoring other BAs on large projects and programmes. You will also need in depth knowledge of Asset Management within the housing sector to be successful in this role.
